Ingredients
  • 2 cups homemade chicken bone broth or chicken or veggie stock
  • 1 avocado de-seeded
  • 1 inch turmeric peeled
  • 1 egg yolk optional
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Instructions
  1. Heat bone broth, chicken or veggie stock in a stainless steel pot over low heat.
  2. Blend bone broth with the rest of the ingredients in a high speed blender, until completely pureed and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Serve warm. Enjoy 🙂
