  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch celery
  • 1 Fuji apple
  • 1 inch ginger peeled
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1/2 bulb of fennel with sprigs
  • 1/2 bunch parsley

For added yumminess and for immune-compromised individuals use organic ingredients if you can 🙂
If you use a masticating juicer, feel free to double the recipe, store it in the fridge and drink it within 72 hours. Might not be as nutritious as if you drink it immediately, but it's fresher than grabbing a drink off the shelf at the grocery store! Good < Great < Best
