Ingredients
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp raw honey optional
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 10 ice cubes

  1. Blend all ingredients on high-speed.

For 1 serving, feel free to cut the ingredients in half or freeze the leftovers to make a chocolate hemp ice-cream for later!
To up your daily greens, add in 1 cup of raw spinach and you'll never even know it was in there! Healthy never tasted so good!
