GAPS Intro – Carrot Soup

Click the video above to watch this recipe in under 1 minute!

Soups are a great way to get more vegetables, herbs and nutrients into our children. This is a sweeter recipe that is perfect for beginners.

It’s super easy. With many healing components for a sensitive gut. It’s Paleo, GAPS-approved (Gut and Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride), gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free (except for the content of the carrots!).

My boyfriend doesn’t like apple cider vinegar. I take that back, he won’t even stay in the house when I’m cooking with it. Lol. To say he is repulsed by the vinegar smell is an understatement.

Tweak the recipe as you need to. And check out the variations and suggested toppings below.

As always, let me know if you have any questions.

And, Enjoy!
