Sweet Green Smoothie Bowl

Loaded with beneficial nutrients like Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Calcium, Iron, Protein, Dietary Fiber, and Omega-3 fatty acids, and much more, this recipe will make your heart sing <3

Kiwi is an excellent source of Vitamin C and is associated with a decreased risk of cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease and cancer.

Did you know that eating 1-2 kiwis a day is actually considered an intervention?

Yep. You can read about some government studies done on it and their results here if you want.

So much good info. about the science behind kiwis in there.

But if you're like me, and just want the conclusion, here it is:

Eat 1-2 kiwis a day and you'll be in great shape 🙂

Best part of that is, they're only like 50 cents each!! Definitely one you can opt for organic on :)

Check out my amazing kiwi/spinach/banana/coconut recipe below and let me know what you think!!

I think it's divine.

In case you were wondering.

All the best,

Lyndsy Karrie
