Avocado Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups homemade chicken bone broth or chicken or veggie stock
- 1 avocado de-seeded
- 1 inch turmeric peeled
- 1 egg yolk optional
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Instructions
- Heat bone broth, chicken or veggie stock in a stainless steel pot over low heat.
- Blend bone broth with the rest of the ingredients in a high speed blender, until completely pureed and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve warm. Enjoy 🙂
