Easy Almond Butter

Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouted almonds or soaked/dehydrated or raw almonds
- 1 tbsp raw honey optional
- 1/4 tsp ground pink Himalayan salt optional

Instructions
- Place almonds in a food processor.
- Let process for about five minutes, scraping the sides down as necessary.
- Add raw honey and/or salt if using, and mix well.
- Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
- Almond butter will be a smooth consistency after about five minutes. If you want it crunchy, stop the food processor when it has reached your desired consistency.
