Ingredients
  • 2 cups sprouted almonds or soaked/dehydrated or raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp raw honey optional
  • 1/4 tsp ground pink Himalayan salt optional

Instructions
  1. Place almonds in a food processor.
  2. Let process for about five minutes, scraping the sides down as necessary.
  3. Add raw honey and/or salt if using, and mix well.
  4. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
    Almond butter will be a smooth consistency after about five minutes. If you want it crunchy, stop the food processor when it has reached your desired consistency.
