My boyfriend was hungry last night and I did not feel like cooking, again!
But, because I would rather cook for him than have to run to the local market and buy something genetically modified with added sugar, I mustered up the energy to cook another meal! For the fourth time that day!
Then I threw this pizza together in just a few minutes!
Some coconut flour, eggs, and Italian seasonings into the blender, and then into a warmed pan on the stove!
Waited a few minutes until it was solid, flipped it over and let it cook some more.
I topped it with 1/4 cup sugar-free organic spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup raw unpasteurized mozzarella cheese, and some Battistoni's "Organic Uncured All-Beef Pepperoni" I found at Whole Foods. It's hard to source pepperoni without added nitrates, artificial colors and synthetic flavors, but I was happy I could for him.
I love to make my boyfriend cleaner versions of his favorite foods.
Not only was it super easy to make, but he raved about it too!! #success
