Easy Mango Sherbet

- 10 oz bag frozen mangoes
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp lime juice optional
- 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt optional
- Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender for 30 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
You can make this mango sorbet without lime or salt. It'll still be delicious, refreshing, sweet, and a billion times better for you than a Snickers or any other candy bar or factory-farmed ice-cream. I definitely don't condone the practices of factory farming and so now I choose healthy, easy, quick alternatives like this mango sorbet to satisfy my sweet tooth. Hope you like it!
Don't overthink it. If your banana is raw and not frozen, make it anyways. Consistency will be softer, but that's okay. You might even like it better 🙂 To each their own! When cooking with natural, real, whole, delicious, raw ingredients, it's hard to mess up!
Add a Raspberry Drizzle:
Take ½ cup fresh raspberries and ¼ cup raw honey and heat on low heat on the stove for about 5-10 minutes, smashing raspberries and stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and allow to cool and thicken. Pour over sherbet before serving.
