Throw all of the ingredients, except ghee, pasture-raised butter or extra-virgin coconut oil, in a high speed blender. Blend until completely pureed, about 2-3 minutes.
Melt ghee, butter or coconut oil in a large stainless steel pan over low heat.
Pour the puree into the stainless steel pan, cover with a lid, and let heat on low for 25-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Enjoy over roasted spaghetti squash, spiralized zucchini noodles or meatloaf. Enjoy!
