Ingredients
  • 4cups spinach
  • 1 Kiwipeeled
  • 1 Bananafrozen
  • 1cup filtered water
  • 1/4cup sprouted almonds
  • 2tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
  • 1 Kiwipeeled and sliced
  • 1 Bananasliced
  • 1/4cup unsweetened shredded coconutfresh or dehydrated
Instructions
  1. Blend smoothie ingredients.
  2. Pour smoothie base into a bowl and add desired toppings.
  3. Enjoy!

All ingredients can also be blended together for a quick smoothie on-the-go!
If you want it a little sweeter, a drizzle of raw honey on top is delish!
