- 2 large mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small cucumber, peeled
- 1 medium red bell pepper, de-seeded
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1–2 small limes, juiced and zested
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeds removed
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt
